“You Can Spend 50 dollars”

That is what I told myself when I got out of the car to walk into Payless.  Today was a “day off” even though I worked from 640-1150  running group and making sure the clients didn’t get into fist fights. Afterward, I went home and three away our fish tank because some strange creatures were inhabiting it and then I went to go get my oil changed.  That was going to take too long so I said “let’s go to the library!”. And that’s how I ended up at Payless.   I need new shoes desperately, mine are three years old and falling apart. So I set a limit. I spent 46 dollars on four pairs of shoes and I am happy with my purchase. Now to not buy anything else... oh wait.  All of the things needed to be replaced today like laundry detergent and bug spray. Ugh. So there went More money.  I did talk with Amanda briefly. Time is a social construct.  I’m tired.

Of 40 degrees and Others Annoyances

To be fair, I just came off of a two hours reading session for one of my weird Alice in Wonderland but darker books. I'm a tad cynical. I didn't do chores like I was supposed to. I didn't really do anything like I was supposed to. I went to the chiropractor early so that I could have the day off to do stuff. Got by new book, tried to go to Pollo Tropical but then the power went off, found another one to go to, it was closed, backed into a pole  because I am dumb, finally found a Pollo that was open, ate food, came home to change into warmer clothes because it was 40-48 degree all day long and I'm not used to that madness, saw Jumangi with the boy friend and then came home and had my reading session. And that was one long, probably grammatically incorrect sentence. Wow. I forgot I bought some stuff at Victoria Secret with the gift card I got for Christmas. I'm angry with myself for failing again. I'm too tired physically to do the things I needed to do and bo...

Day Off

It's crazy to think that I don't get days off regularly but it is true. When you work three jobs days off are few and far between. But today was one of them! I got to help someone make a magical moment for their mother by helping them get into Animal Kingdom, got to walk around the world of Pandora, purchased and put up Christmas decorations, took a nap, watched once upon a time, went to the gym, and cleaned the house with the boo thang! So many things that needed to get done didn't get done but I still had a ton of productivity with self care worked in! Go me! Tomorrow I start the next festival at Disnry and then puppy sitting for nearly a week but the pups are so nice and there's a kitty I get to meet! So excited!
