I was on a roll! And then I chose not to post on Tuesday and then yesterday I just got home late.
At some point this week, I had lost a total of 7 pounds. But that has gone back up. Yo-Yoing is normal. Just got to keep making good decisions...
When you’re as busy as I am, those decisions can be hard. When do you find the time? I spoke with my goal specialist today and committed to three low calorie dense meals for the week. I should be able to do that. And not snack on terrible things. It’s a simple concept. Just have to do it.
I’m in book 8! I’ve moved to audiobooks because time. It makes my car rides so much better!!
Tomorrow I have to make big decisions about food and will try to clean up my house.
