If I want to lose the rest of the weight, I need to buckle down and actually adhere to some sort of consent meal prep/plan. I wasn’t awful today but I’m not sure it was exactly good either. I need to add more veggies and fruit consistently and less junk. I know all of this.
Also, today was spent trying to emotionally recover from my weekend because it wasn’t great. I’ll be okay but just lots to recover from today was all.
