I’m going to talk about IW in this post so if you are trying to avoid spoilers, you have like two more paragraphs until they start.
Today was Avengers day but before the movie could be watched I went to work. I danced with my friend Erika to the German percussion band. And tried to make good food choices. We shall see at weigh in next week. I was able to pick up a check from another job so I have time money to deposit this coming Monday.
I also had to resend some of my Bachelorette emails as they didn’t get to where they were supposed to. But they have now and more supplies have been ordered! It’s a good day.

I’m bringing the party to you.... that doesn’t look like a party...
If you are like myself and identify as a pretty big Avengers fan, you know this movie has been highly anticipated. This is it! This is what everything has been leading up to! And we have been avoiding blowing the secret like the plague. If you haven’t seen the movie and are still reading and don’t want to have anything tainted. Stop. Stop right now.
They aren’t gone. There’s no way. From a money making perspective it just isn’t going to happen. Dr. Strange proved that bending time can fix all problems in his movie. He flat out told us in this one that he saw the future and how they could win. It’s not definite. Does that mean that losing those characters didn’t feel real? No. It hurt when I watched them go. And some
Of them are permanently gone is my guess. But most of them aren’t. Most of them will be back. And that does take a little something away from this film for a lot of people. For me, I view it more as “Okay Disney, haha that’s rude. You can bring them back now.” Maybe the next one they won’t be back and it will be real and then that sinking feeling will come back and the emotions will actually kick in. But right now, my answer is “Bullshit. They are fine in the long run.”
Other notes: hilarity from Thor and Spidey was much appreciated, I happen to think Thanos’ drive for balance wasn’t that crazy of a reach and can appreciate his idea (unpopular opinion I know), “I am Steve Rodgers” is the only thing I liked about Cap because Cap is useless (and should have actually died but nooooo Bucky can never become Captain America), I thought the whole film was highly reminiscent of the first Avengers and I appreciate that.
