Today is one of those instances.
I had popcorn chicken, mac n cheese, and potato wedges today from Publix and it was hella good. I was semi good and didn't eat all of it (I gave it to Anella) and then for dinner I ate some strawberries, have a protein blend from the freezer, and Rice Krispie treats. I'm plateauing and I just want to get below 160. But I'm also starting to want all of the bad foods because they are delicious. Tomorrow I start back with shakes and who knows what for lunch.
